What’s a celebration without a dancefloor? Dad’s so sporting. Woot Woot!
Small conversation on the dancefloor – Yadz and Aunt. Lol.
Spot Yadz and Iss. Teehee.
Me :D
Day 3 – 28th April 2007 Wedding Reception
We didn’t have the kompang. We had bhangra instead ;)
Here comes the bride.
Dad’s ride is pimped!
That’s my brother in blue.
Stages of negotiations. Poor groom! The guys would do anything in the name of fun!
And finally the groom.
Happy Dad. :D
Aisha’s family.
Not forgetting us 4.
Sibling <3
Mum.
The tree at the back enhances the Bollywood feel. Too bad no dancers!
Cirque Du Soleil
The shorter one’s feeling all the pressure being a flower girl. Cuteness. :D
The chocolate fondue was my idea. Nyeh!
And I played bridesmaid too.
The Taj Mahal cake is the new wedding cake. Forget the tiers!
That hungry.
Mum’s side
Apart from the bride, the groom and my older brother(next to the groom), every single one there is no more than 16 years old. I depict stunted growth. Oh boy, I feel so short. Boo!
And he said with arms wide open, “It’s a wrap!”. :)
In a nutshell, we're all grateful that the wedding turned out to be a success and that my grandfather was there to witness it. He got hospitalized before the wedding and we were close to postponing it. Fortunately, he’s better now. Apart from that, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all who helped out and attended the wedding, making it a memorable one for my sister. Kudos!
Cheers!
PS: I’ve got more pictures which I haven’t gotten from my other friends, so I hope that this will do for now.
