It was our call to visit Tong Seng today for lunch. Been more than two weeks since we last had their goodies. :) Good, fast and cheap food. :) Had our usuals, roasted chicken rice for 2 and prawn tempura as side.

Spent some time walking around Bugis and found ourselves at the food fair over at Bugis Junction. Looking at the cuppies one of the stall's offering, we were obliged to get some for ourselves. :) They tasted as great as they looked but my verdict is, nothing beats those made by Cupcake Momma. Hands down! :)
We were really tempted to pop our heads and ask a passer-by to snap a picture of us two but that board was in front of Macs, meaning, right in front many many passers-by. So we forwent that and took a snap of the headless board instead. :) Heh.
Since it was still early and we haven't got much to do over at Bugis, we decided to head down to Vivo. There, we joined many others at Vinco donuts and got ourselves a dozen. :) Did a round or two before we got distracted by a 'gig' going on.
The uniformed Americans a.k.a Candy Men, had a special performance lined up. Like many others, we were drawn by their ensemble. Something deftly you don't get to see everyday and so we decided to stick around to watch. Sat on the steps where we helped ourselves with the donuts. I simply enjoyed the show under the stars. :) Kudos to the men in white!
Friday didn't end just there yet. Before making our way back, we dropped by Bedok Interchange and made another lap at the Pasar Malam there. Yadz got his dose of Ramlee Burger but I decided to skip cotton candy since I was still filled.
I love fridays, it's just full of good suprises. :)
