Staying away from September
I badly wanted a license but after getting it, I just didn't feel like driving. Weird. I suppose all that jitters I got from the pre-test week got me this time, just like the first time. :S With that, I think I'll enjoy being driven for the next couple of days at least. :)
I had my 1st drive today though for a good 15 minutes before I gave up. My first was with a low-lying Tuscani. I can hardly see the kerb. My brother's bad bad idea. He's thrilled that I can finally drive and decided to check out my driving skills. His verdict, I'm slow and I make turns like an apek. :S Yeah, that's because he drives at 100 and above.
Anyhow, my friday started at a late 4pm with sushi buffet on the go again. Yadz is high on sushi these days. Sushi pushes his buttons big time!
I had myself a bite or two because something better awaited me. :D
I went over to my neighbourhood's bakery with the intention of ordering Shaheedah's Chocolate Truffle birthday cake and ended up discovering this cupcake as well. It's not rich and creamy like those I've ever tasted before but this light one didn't taste too bad either. What's better, the bakery is just steps away from my place. Meaning, more of such treats in the future. :D
We went to Peninsula Plaza after that to check out the WWE figurines there. Yadz will be catching the wrestlers later at the WWE SmackDown SummerSlam Tour. I'm especially thrilled for him because he gets to meet them backstage. :D Thanks to the Power 98's I am WWE contest.
Moving on, dinner came in next at Pizza Hut. Double the celebration since we celebrated Shaheedah's 13th birthday together with the birth of my license. :D

My cam died before I managed a shot of the birthday girl. :S Well, I'll get it recharged for her party later. Over dinner, we 6 cracked up about everything under the sun. From holidays to common people to us and even to illegal cheap fags. Lol. I love them muchos. My precious bunch. :D
Before we wrapped up the night, we made a lap at the Pasar Malam over at Tampines. Yadz and I have a thing for Pasar Malams. Believe me. :D Though there's not much to shop apart from good muchies, we just love visiting them for no better reason. With that, I'm looking forward to the weekends. I smell promised fun. :D
