The revenge of the prom

Went to school as soon as I left home with Yadz to return some overdue books. I didn't skip visiting my school's cafeteria to get...

a slice of my fav chocolate brownie. Heavenly. :D

Then we popped by town where he got his daily dose of sushi while I watched him in fascination. My my, he diggs them big time. After which, we went to Bugis where I was supposed to meet the girls for dinner. Since I was way early, Yadz accompanied me for some rounds around Bugis. I got myself 2 tops, both at snatching prices. :) :) At about 7 plus, once the girls had arrived, I joined them while Yadz left for Sim Lim Square in search for PSP games.

Initially, we 4 couldn't decide where to eat but eventually settled for dinner at...

Al-Majlis

I finally made my return there after ages. I must admit that Al-Maj is by far one of the best places which offers delish food, without causing any damage to your purses. :) How fair! :)

Say Hello to...

Rabiatul and Me..

as well as Nadirah and Suhailah.

Rabiatul and myself both had a plate each of Grilled Chicken Steak,

while Suhailah had Crispy Chicken and

Steak Sandwich for Nadirah.

Dinner was faboooo. :) The great company together with the mouthwatering spread we had couldn't have been any better. :) The meat was juicy and tender, better than what I had in mind. Our 20-minute wait for our orders was deftly worth it.

Over dinner, we 4 updated each other about the latest scoops. I'm so proud of my girls. Suhailah's working in a prestigious learning centre, Nadirah's being offered a permanent post at the bank she works at after only a month there and Rabibi is going to fly around the globe with SIA very very soon. I couldn't be any happier and prouder for them :) They make living examples that good karma comes to those who are nice after all. :)

Anyway, after our sumptuous feast at Al-Majlis, we made a lap at Bugis Village before Yadz picked us up. He dropped the girls off before we both spent a little more time out. Got ourselves a drink each from Starbucks before wrapping up Monday Night.

I thought Monday was going to be an ugly one for me after waking up with a sudden tummy ache but it made a U-turn and ended on a perfect note. :) Sweet.
