I'm exhausted but I think I can still afford an entry. So here it goes...
Been on my toes ever since I got up. Started out Monday with my driving lesson before anything else. Yadz picked me up after that and we ended up at Geylang of all places. Bozoo us for getting lost for a good 20 minutes but that turned out to be quite an adventure for a Monday. :D
I felt like a foreigner. My ang-moh moment. Lol.

Time to rant a little here. My bag costed more than that purple skinnies. Yep, sounds like a stupid investment to have gotten that bag in the first place but I badly wanted it and I couldn't find a cheaper alternative. I went to the shop thrice before finally getting the bag on my forth visit with an insignificant waive off from the actual price. I think the owner recognised me from my previous visits and pitied me a little. But well, at least I'm happy. Ok maybe not entirely. Boo. :S
Moving on, I woke up later than the norm today, wayyyy after breakfast. I had to leave home without lunch as well just to make it on time for driving. And that's an excuse to treat myself to a sumptuous feast for dinner which I deftly enjoyed. :)

After our dinner at Bugis, we walked down to Peninsula since Yadz wanted to check out the action figurines there.

Unfortch, the store was already closed by then but our trip wasn't wasted as we took the opportunity to check out the skinnies at one of the Penin stores. I'm waiting for the green pair to arrive but I'm still considering whether I should get GREEN. So Live Earth. Lol.
Funny that I was already tired by 8plus, so we decided to take a breather at Gloria Jean's. Tried their Hot White Chocolate and had our usual dose of cupcakes. I still think that the yellow cupcake is the yummiest, then comes the pink before the white. Give it a go, deftly worth the try. :D As for the drink, we tried it for the first time and I must say that it's the best vanilla-flavoured drink I've tasted so far. I suppose we don't see the need of popping by Coffee Bean for their Hot V anymore.
Refreshed after our trip at Gloria Jeans, we made our way back to Bugis and did our rounds before heading home.
Boy, I'm so fagged. It's gonna be an earlier night for me. ^_^
PS: For those who are wondering, there are no more cupcakes at Bugis because the fair is over. :(
