Three doors spring open with one closed door

My day started out unorganised. Scratch that. Well, since my saturday turned out fine and I managed to carry on with my original plans, I shall not jabber about the initial mess. :)

Met Yadz after my driving lesson and we left for Bugis at about 5. I was torn between Qi Ji and Macs for a late late lunch but we finally settled for Macs because I still think that the only Nasi Lemak worth eating would be the one made by my mum. :) How loyal.

After a quick meal, we went back to Bugis Junction and got ourselves cupcakes from the same place we went the day before. This time, we got the larger ones. :) It's chocolate and anything chocolate is worth the money.

And we found a headless bride who's rather pregnant. :)

Though Bugis was really crowded, we decided to join the crowd with the intention of window shopping. I quote, "window-shopping". But a couple of things had to catch my attention when I'm almost cashless. Sigh sigh. With that, I resorted to reserving the things I wanted by paying tiny sums of deposits here and there. As much as I wanted to come back a few days later and pay for everything in full, I'd rather not take it for granted that my wants will always be there. I've learnt well from my past lessons.

Moving on, we paid the library a visit and I got myself two books. We wanted to borrow another 2 audio books but realised that such a privilege is only applicable for premium members.

After our Bugis trip, we dropped by Zouk for administrative purposes before leaving for town.

That's as close as I can get to nightlife. Lol. It's been some time.

Did a round of walking and then got ourselves seats at Spinelli where we had Hot Vanilla. :) Energised after a 20 minute rest, we walked down to Borders and read the last page of Potter's new book to find out whether he's dead or alive. Lol.

That said, Saturday turned out fabby fab. :)
