This one's for you both

Yadz gave my mum a lift before we both headed down to the ICA building at Lavender. He had to renew his passport because he intends to fly to Bangkok before he's off to NS. And we've also been thinking of... but we'll see. Cruise to no where would still work well as a last resort. KIV.

Randoms now...
I must say that I enjoy seeing Yadz and my mum clicking so well. I'm sure any girlfriend/boyfriend would feel as delighted as I am if they happened to be witnessing the same thing. My mum has established a certain degree of rapport with Yadz, so much so that she's very open with him. She even tells him the serious issues like my grandfather's health and so on. And something funny happened a few days ago that got me applauding when Yadz came over my place with flowers...

Mum: .......Next time, don't buy for her flowers. It's sincerity that comes from the heart. If she doesn't accept that, then it's not real........

Yadz was speechless and only afforded a smile in return but I was giggling away. That's typical of my mum, very tight when it comes to her wise believes. We knew that my mum meant well and I appreciated that. So, no flowers for me ever. Lol.

Moving on now. it's been moons since I had myself a cup of old school ice-cream. Another one of those cheap and good treats on the go. :)

Always have more chocolate and strawberry. :)

Over at the ICA building, we had to wait for almost an hour before it was his turn. Good thing we were geared with our PSPs and my current read came in handy too. :)

Right after that, we left for Arab Street for an early dinner. :) After telling him much about one particular place, he decided to try it for himself. And the place I'm talking about is none other than...

yesterday's Al-Majls.

No points for making the right guess. :) I'm getting the hang of their wide choices. :) Minusing the wedges, I think whatever that was on my basket can be considered as healthy. Not that I'm health-conscious but taking into account that I'm a junk-food-junkie, it's rare that my taste buds enjoy something yummy which is at the same time healthy as well.

It got a little cold with the air-con right beneath us. :S

Blueberry Tea

Side : Falafeh

My pick: Steak Sandwich

His pick: Mixed Grill

We were both filled after dinner and had to walk badly before we get any more sluggish. Spent some time at Bugis before we left for PS. Sadly, there's nothing much to do in Singapore apart from anything that involves money. :S Be it movies, shopping, eating and the list goes on.

That aside, we ended Tuesday with our dosages of Starbucks. :)

And for no reason, I'm thinking of switching to Livejournal with a locked account. I hear it's not as user-friendly. Still thinking.

I miss ending with this, dunzo. :)
