I disqualified myself from the seafood and rojak though. :S
Then Giant came next
Headed down to my Grandmother's place, tried figuring out what she said but scratched my head and afforded a smile. Yadz was as clueless as I am but my mum translated the Cantonese to us later
Sent my mum home
Yadz and I carried on. Spent the rest of the evening over at PS before wrapping up Tuesday
Wednesday:
Sent my grandmother to the Mosque for her religious class.
Went down to Little India for lunch.
Lunch couldn't have been any better...
After lunch, my mum did some shopping alone while we both picked my grandmother up from the mosque and sent her home.
Headed down to the optical to order myself a pair of glasses. Was devastated to find out that my eyesight is deteriorating. :S My mum met us there too to collect her ready pair of speckies.
Sent mum home before Yadz and I headed down town.
Went to Taka, bagged a couple of things before we got ourselves our all-time fav Jap pancake. It was happy hour and thus, we got a discount for that. :)
Did our version of Sweet Escape and drove to the airport of all places.
Ops, forgot to add that Tampines' Giant came first before that.
At the airport, while waiting for 'someone' to arrive, I mastered parking in a jiffy. All thanks to Yadz.
Despite our tight schedule these days, we didn't forgo glorious food, a whole lot of laughter among us 3 and a pinch of shopping along the way. I feel like a Super Woman this week. What's the saying? Behind every successful Super woman is a man. :)
