What do you call better than the best?
I've decided to devote my late nights solely for reading at the expense of surfing celeb-paparazzi-fied webs. I only came to realise today that there are good books (2 of which are overdue and renewed twice) lying around in my bedroom but the probby with me is that I just can't sit still with my eyes on a book. I'll give myself a couple of days to try this resolution of mine. :)
Anyhow, Saturday was faboooo. Yadz had his dose of Marcial Kobe's donuts first before we carried on with the day's plans. We went sole-searching but left town empty-handed, just like the previous week. :S Dinner came in next, this time with his family at India's Kitchen. :D I've met his parents and only brother a couple of times but we've all not settled down for dinner together until Saturday night. Initially slightly jittery, I was full of glee by night when dinner turned out to be better than I pictured in mind.
We had a jolly good time laughing and chatting over dinner, from cars to Japanese CanCan magazines. :D The night was indeed a 'kaleidoscope' of laughter and bonding in the presence of delish food.
Yadz and myself didn't end the night just there yet after his family left. We didn't know where else to go since it was already 11 plus and so we decided to pay the airport a visit. Got ourselves drinks to go before we made our way from one terminal to another just for the skytrain rides. :)
And so, Saturday was splendo. :)
As for Sunday, I spent more than half the day in bed and finally got out of the house at 4plus. I was craving for fast-food and so we paid Shaw Centre a visit for an early dinner. :)

We went sole-searching again and I finally spotted a pair of shoes that got me at first glance but realised that it comes with a hefty price tag. :S It's gold and gold is what I've been looking for. We'll see what my Mum has to say about the tag.
That aside, we paid Borders a visit and I got myself a book to add to my dusty-and-not-read collection of books.
With that, my weekend went better than well. :)
And reading starts in 2 minutes time.
