No one else can feel this for you

My first boyfriend-less Saturday wasn't so bad. In fact, it was a day well spent with my mum before I ended off the night with my girlfriends.

Waking up on Sept 15 was no way easy, I must admit. To my suprise, my mum greeted me in the morning with a whole lot of support. She was more 'in depth' about the situation and I appreciated that very much. :) We spent some mother-daughter time as well. We went to Carrefour for grocery shopping and because I'm down with flu, I didn't help myself to any junkies. :S Boo.

Anyhoo, when I got back, I unloaded everything, went to the toilet and was about to leave home after that when I got a panic attack. It was already 6plus and I was supposed to pick the girls up for break fast but the car decided to fail. I didn't know whether to be scream in frustration or heave a sigh of relief since the car failed when it was strategically parked inside the house and not somewhere else where it needs to be towed away. No way was I gonna drive my sister's car nor my dad's and so with that, I was left with my brother's since his car is the smallest out of the 3. Oh boy, never a good idea but I had no choice. If my brother actually trusted me to take good care of his car last night, then he'll trust everyone, anyone and nobody to do the same. Lol.

So I picked Rad and Yus up before we made our way to Mak's place. And yes, I've sinned to have stopped a pedestrian to give me way at the crossing instead of the reverse. It's one of those I-give-you-way-but-then-you-slowed-down-to-give-me-way-so-I-took-it situations. Then again, we all know that pedestrians have the right of way, always. Lol. My bad. :S

Moving on, Hudy joined us at Mak's and we four had a good time feasting together. :) We were supposed to join the 97809213 others over at the bazaar but gave that a miss because it was way too crowded.

Was then supposed to spend the rest of the evening at East Coast Park but aborted that too because the car was almost out of fuel and so we had no choice but to pay the petrol station an urgent visit before we aimlessly ended up at Bedok Corner for a visit. Well, that didn't discount the fun we had. :)

After dropping Hudy and Yus off, Rad and I went to Adam's place. Rad drove his car and we both ended up racing our way back. I was leading for a full minute before I lost them and eventually lost the race. Hurhur. I give Tuscani a bad name.

With that, here comes the pictures from last night and a couple of overdue ones as well.

In other news, Yadz called me last night. It was tough job holding back my tears but I managed to. Deftly great to end the night with a phone call from him. And he's doing fine so far. Am staying strong here for him. No reason why I should fail this test. No reason at all.

PS: Thanks to all who showed me great support. Appreciated it very much. :)
